The Douglas IDA just voted to give a 15million bond to Riverview Diary Farm. We do not know if the money will be used in the Willcox basin or the Douglas Basin. We have given away our water for how much? So much we do not know about the bond but we know a lot about Riverview. The next vote to approve the bond will be with the Douglas City Council. We need to ask them to rescind this bond until more is known. Please watch the below video, he is right we all should try to live on 5 gallons of water, would our concerns change? I would hope so.
