About
My initial residence upon immigration to the United States in 1980 was in Douglas, Arizona as a student at Cochise College. I soon met and married my wife, a native of Bisbee, and this began my continued personal connection to and eventual permanent residence in Bisbee. Though my family and I traveled the world over these years, we always returned home to Arizona and, more specifically, Bisbee. We purchased our current residence in Warren in 2007 and in 2016. I opened the doors to the Bisbee Bodega in the heart of Old Bisbee.
Adding to my decade’s long connection to Bisbee, the past 5 years at the Bodega has afforded me an even deeper understanding of and affinity to his unique community. From the vantage point of operating a business in the center of town, and through my long and daily talks with locals, I have gained critical insights to the needs and issues of our neighbors and the city. I have also gained a greater appreciation of what our town has to offer both its locals and visitors, as well as its potential to improve while still preserving its all-important heritage.
