About

Tom Horne is the Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction. Horne has served in all three branches of government. Immediately before becoming attorney general, Horne served as Arizona Superintendent of Public Instruction from 2003 to 2011. Prior to that, he was a two term member of the Arizona House of Representatives. Horne's legal experience includes over 30 years working in private practice as a litigating attorney.
